Material and Design Features

• Inner Chamber: The chamber is crafted from “ASAH®”, ensuring a smooth radius on all internal corners. Any alternate materials utilised must adhere to the stringent criteria set out by AS 1530.3-1989.
  
  
• Front Facia: Designed as a one-piece picture frame, it features aerofoil entries on all sides, top, and bottom. The material used is a chemical-resistant and flame-retardant EPC, ensuring that the facia extends the full height of the fume cupboard, with an enclosed area for wiring and the controller.
  
  
• Working Base: Constructed from TREPSA Top Lab Plus, the base is fully sealed. Its design includes radiused corners integrated into the chamber and a raised lip at the front to minimise spillage hazards. Furthermore, it's crafted to reduce turbulence, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  
  
• Sinks and Runnels: These are crafted from materials specifically suitable for the application. They are fitted from the underside and are fully sealed to prevent leaks. It's worth noting that sink sump bases are not recommended due to the potential accumulation of chemicals and fumes.
